The Wheaton-Annandale Soccer Collaborative (WASC) manages an elite group of players from various youth, amateur and college teams from the Washington area. WASC's primary objective is to expose talented young adults to the highest level of amateur competition at the national level. WASC currently sponsors a U20 mens team and a U23 mens team at the United States Adult Soccer Association's National Cup.
This prestigious tournament is played every year in June/July. Tryouts for these WASC team typically start in March. The U23 2011 edition has ended. Tryouts for the 2012 edition will start in March of that year; please check this site in Jan/Feb of 2012 for information about tryouts! The Wheaton/Annandale Colaborative is an informal partnership between Wheaton FC and Annandale FC an affiliate of the Annandale Boys and Girls Club in VA.
